Little Pinky is really worried about her lunch box, because it contains the mouth watering food items that her mom prepares every day. Use rice cakes, English muffins, crisp breads and cracker biscuits with cooked chicken drumsticks, cheese and apple, vegetable slice or leftovers and salads to fill the lunch box of your child.
Moms can be quite creative in decorating the lunch box of their kids. It is a general habit among the toddlers especially that they get attracted towards foods that are well packed. Giving the sandwich the shape of a smiling face may work magically. While giving chapattis for lunch, moms must wrap them properly in the aluminum foil so that it remains soft, so that your toddler need not to fight with the chapattis while eating them in the lunch time. A banana is a very good fruit to be added in the lunch box because of its high iron portion. Banana help in enhancing the memory powers and also makes the bones stronger. With the right lunch gear, your child can enjoy a delicious and healthy lunch every day. Add a small cookie or tiny piece of candy for dessert along with juice, milk, or water for a complete healthy and fun meal.
