1. What do I win? Grand Prize is a trip to Los Angeles, California for the ET’s Exclusive Emmy® Gala Party on Sunday, September 23, 2012.   This included airfare, hotel stay and 2 tickets to the ET’s Exclusive Emmy® Gala Party!  (prize worth approximately $2,200)
2. When?. starts at 10:00 AM PDT on Friday, April 27, 2012 and continues until 4:59 PM PDT on Thursday, May 24th, 2012 (the “Sweepstakes Closing Date”). All times are Pacific Daylight Times (“PDT”).
3. Who?. Grand Prize winner and traveling companion must be 21 years of age or older and legal residents of one of the fifty (50) United States of America or the District of Columbia.All Weekly Prize and Daily Prize entrants and winners must be 18 years of age or older and legal residents of one of the fifty (50) United States of America or the District of Columbia.
4. How to Enter. Go to HERE to enter between April 27, 2012 at 10:00 AM PDT and May 24th, 2012 at 4:59 PM PDT. Click on the “ET’s Hanging with the Stars Sweepstakes” button and complete the entry form. Enter your first and last name, birthdate and email address. Entrants must provide a valid email account associated with a domain that can be identified by a reverse domain name search as part of their contact information. Enter a Sweepstakes code if you have one. The Sweepstakes code can be found during that day’s Entertainment Tonight television show, on the ticker or bumper. A Sweepstakes code is not necessary to enter the Sweepstakes. After you have entered your first and last name, email, birthdate and Sweepstakes code, if applicable, it is mandatory that you check off the box that states “I have read, understand and agree to the Official Rules”. Click the “Enter Now” button on the bottom right hand side of the page to enter “ET’s Hanging with the Stars Sweepstakes”. You have now officially entered the Sweepstakes.
5. More Chances to win: For more chances to win,  share with your friends through Twitter, Facebook, and email. For every friend that you share with who enters the Sweepstakes through the link you sent them, you will receive one (1) additional entry form. Once you are finished sharing with your friends, click on the “Next Step” button.
6. WEEKLY PRIZE: A total of eight (8) Weekly Prizes will be awarded. A 10 to15 minute private, off-air call with one of Entertainment Tonight’s show talent: Mark Steines or Nancy O’Dell.
7. DAILY PRIZE: A total of twenty (20) Daily Prizes will be awarded. Each daily prize winner will get at least his or her first name and last initial on Entertainment Tonight in an on-air graphic within the ticker, bumper or end credit. There is no retail value associated with this prize.
