I love all things fashion! My biggest fashion foray was Prom. Everything about prom has an air of fantasy, dress up and make believe. Much to the chagrin of my mother’s tired feet and my father’s aching wallet,and after 12 different boutiques I finally found a dress. Next came the shoes. Oh, the shoes. Cinderella’s glass slippers had nothing on my choice of footwear. Jewelry, make up and hair styles topped off the list and then I would look like a fairy princess, and I did. It was truly an amazing expereince, Prom. That was almost 25 years ago and in the land of big hair, Trans Ams and gaudy colors, and it is now so much easier to find your must- have, elegant dress for Prom than it ever was back then.
