I was thrilled to get my GelThotics in the mail! I have chronic back pain and have trouble finding the best shoes to support my back. I work in healthcare, so I need to have the best support possible to get me through a busy 10 hour shift! I put the GelThotics in my new Ryka sneakers and wore them to work. I did have a little trouble getting them in the perfect position, but once they were in right, they were so comfy! I was amazed at how much better my feet felt immediately! I wore them to work all day then I went for a 20 minute walk afterwards. The GelThotics give me that much needed arch support that makes my back, legs and feet feel better than usual after a long day.
I love that they are made of pure silicone. They won’t break down, smell or slip and slide all over. You can even take them out of one pair of shoes and put them in another very easily. If they get dirty or sweaty, you can wash them easily. You can even put them in the dishwasher!
These inserts are not like the ones that you need to measure and cut. Not even close. Nothing to cut here, just slip them in your shoes and go. These fit under your factory insoles, the silicone cradles your foot from heel to toes. They feel natural and wonderful! Mom Does Reviews gives the GelThotics 5 out of 5 Stars!
