Bad Breakfast Foods to Eat

Having breakfast is a very important habit that brings you better feeling in both mentality and physicality as well as helps you live longer. Therefore, whether you are trying to build muscle or lose weight, you should know what you are putting into your body and how important that first meal of the day is. If you don’t choose breakfast food carefully, your health may get worse. Many people don’t really care about the breakfast and their breakfast food choices can affect their overall fitness. According to scientists, the bad breakfast food that you eat may cause far-reaching effects on things such as your cholesterol, heart health, and attention span. Here are some of the breakfast foods that you shouldn’t have for your breakfast.

Cereal: Many people opt for a cereal box every morning because it is very convenient and quick. However, do you know that most of them are packed with sugar? Sugar is one among ingredients that make weight lose become difficult. Besides, sugar can drain your body’s energy as well.

Fry-up: The fry-up is a greasy and fatty mess, including bacon, eggs, sausages, beans and so on. It is known as a high calorie breakfast food for builders who ate and burnt it off by lunchtime. Therefore, this food is not good for people who just sit at the desk and answer phone calls because it can make them suffer from obesity and bowel cancer.

Muffins: Muffins shouldn’t be chosen for your breakfast because they are also made with high fat quantities. Besides, they contain much sugar. Let’s be careful with muffins that contain fruit because they are also filled with sugar and fats. It is advisable to make muffins at home if you really want to eat them.

Pancakes should not be named in your menu for breakfast also because of its high fat quantities. These cakes are typically mixtures of flour, eggs, milk, butter and so on.

Bagels often contain sugar, so you eat them with fatty cream cheese, your saturated fat levels will increase
