My Review:
As with any new herbal product, I was skeptical at first. How could a little spray under my tongue help me feel less anxiety? I tried 1Hour Break, did 5 squirts under my tongue and waited. At first, the taste is overpowering, but then the wintergreen flavor takes over. The first time I tried it, I had just gotten some bad news. In about 10 minutes, I did feel less stress. I didn’t feel like the bad news I had just recieved would ruin my day. Instead, I was able to concentrate on other things and not dwell on a bad situation.
So far, I have used 1 Hour Break a few times a day for the last 10 days. 1 Hour Break did not make me feel sleepy, it does not sedate you. It’s a natural anti-anxiety formula. I did notice that 1 Hour Break did make me sleep better. I did not wake up as often as I usually do. Every Mom deserves a restful night’s sleep!
I noticed that 1 Hour Break can relieve pain associated with strenuous activity. I tried that after using my Elliptical machine. It did help. I was pleasantly suprised.

1 Hour Break is very portable, fits right into your purse or pocket. I also love that it is non-addictive. If you try to take say Ativan for example, to relax, you end up just wanting more. Most anti-anxiety medications are very addictivie. 1 Hour Break doesn’t leave you “needing” more.
My only complaint with 1 Hour Break is the flavor. The first time you try it, the taste is overwhelmingly yucky. Then the wintergreen and numbing effect takes over. Maybe 1 Hour Break could come up with a Cherry Flavor:)
