American Idol

How do you guys feels about the show American Idol? I know that it is one of the most highly watched shows in the history of television and all but I just can’t really get in to it. I guess I like the idea of what American Idol can do for a person who is plucked out of obscurity the day they get selected to be on the show. I just don’t like to watch all of the terrible people that end up on the show at the beginning. I kind of like to just tune in to the second to last and the last show so that I can see who the finalists are because everyone knows that I will be hearing the final two on the radio in about two weeks when they release their perfectly timed first singles. I like to at least be in the loop on these things so I will know who they heck they are talking about on E! News when I come home from work and flip on my http://www.directstartv.com/ channels on my television.
