Nothing is better on a chilly fall day than a warm bowl of soup. The only thing that can make it better is when it’s organic! I feel good feeding my boys soups made from organic and honest ingredients!
About Boulder Soups:
The Boulder Organic Mission? That’s a no-brainer. We make soup better.
Much better. Crazy better. Shout-it-from-the-rooftops better. It’s time for a wake-up call for the way we eat, and we’re here to deliciously smack some sense into our society of un-wellbeing. We use real food to provoke real change by the spoonful—doing things better for the benefit of everyone and everything.
Check out all the flavors Boulder makes:
You can find Boulder Soups at your local Target. I went to 2 different Targets and was only able to find 2 kinds of soup.
Butternut Squash Soup:
Happy harvest! Now grab a bowl because we’re serving up this season’s blue-ribbon best in our Butternut Squash Soup with Sage. We use heaps of autumn-ripe squash, delicate dashes of sage and cinnamon, plus a splash of cream for a recipe that positively screams with fall flavor. Just remember: no yelling in the house. Chicken Quinoa & Kale Soup:
Meet the soup that has flavor fans everywhere clucking for joy. This Chicken Quinoa & Kale Soup takes one of our favorite recipes and pumps up the protein with tender, organic chicken. And of course, we never neglect our veggies. Crisp kale and carrots, plus golden quinoa and navy beans tie it all together. Cock-a-doodle-don’t-mind-if-you-do!
My Thoughts:
One of our favorite fall and winter lunches is soup! My hubby and I have tried many different pre-made soups and never really found any that compare to homemade soup. I end up making extra soup (Chicken Noodle or Tomato) and freezing it in packages for lunch for two.
BUT, we found Boulder Organic Soups! I love that not only are they ready to eat, they are fresh and not canned. Not only that, you can see how fresh the ingredients are. Sometimes, even with canned organic soups, you can’t see the actual ingredients- everything looks like mush- you can tell you are eating sweet onions, peppers or pasta.
My favorite soup is the Butternut Squash with Sage soup. It has wonderful hints of sage and cinnamon and I love the texture. I have never been successful at making my own Butternut Squash soup, but now I don’t have to keep trying.
The boys liked the Chicken Quinoa & Kale soup the best. They like meat in their soup. They enjoyed the chicken flavor and the great veggies in the soup. Of course, after I showed them the list of flavors, all I have heard is why can’t we try the Bacon Potato Corn Chowder. Everything is better with bacon!
If you are looking for delicious soups that might taste better than homemade, be sure to try our Boulder Soups! Don’t waste your money on canned soup- get fresh, Organic Boulder Soups instead!
