Noshtastic has brought a beautiful bowl of Gluten Free Beef Chili to the table tonight, but she says it is best served after spending a day or two in the fridge! This is something that I have never considered before. I mean, we all love leftover chili, but it never occurred to me that I should intentionally chill it for a day or two and then return it to the heat before serving! Genius!

White Chili! Have you ever made it?
I have a confession — I have never had white chili before! Every time I see recipe photos for white chili I’m immediately intrigued but I never make it. Not even once. I don’t know what’s holding me back so I’m going to add this beautiful creation from TOTS to my meal plan for the upcoming week. Try it with me?

Peas & Crayons is a recipe creator from my own heart! For the past six years my family has been (mostly) vegetarian, and so has my chili. I use corn, black beans, and all sorts of goodies to jazz mine up so my family doesn’t miss the beef, but she adds quinoa and creative toppings too — so she wins! Regardless if you are veggie or just looking for a new meatless Monday recipe, this chili is a MUST TRY!

I think it is really important for you to know that chili is a no-fail dish. Add meat, don’t add meat, use beef, try chicken, or skip the beef and go for the turkey! You can do it anyway you want to! Food ‘n Service wants you to know that if you’re talking turkey, he has The Best Turkey Chili Recipe you will ever need! Go visit David at Food ‘n Service and see what all the fuss is about! Yum! Yum!
