Ingredients
  • Pumpkin Mixture:
  • 1 large can of pumpkin puree
  • ¼ cup of heavy cream
  • 1 egg
  • ¼ cup of Truvia
  • 1 tsp cinnamon
  • 1 tsp vanilla
  • Pinch of salt
  • Topping:
  • 2 cups chopped walnuts
  • ¼ cup Truvia
  • Sprinkle of cinnamon
  • ½ cup of butter
  • Pinch of salt
  • ⅛ tsp maple flavoring (optional)
Instructions
  1. Preheat oven to 375 degrees
  2. In a bowl mix pumpkin mixture ingredients
  3. Butter dish well
  4. Place pumpkin mixture in 2 quart baking dish
  5. Mix topping ingredients
  6. Pour over pumpkin mixture
  7. Bake 30 minutes
