Ingredients
  • 1 Yellow cake mix
  • 1 Box vanilla pudding
  • ¾ Cup vegetable oil
  • 1 Teaspoon pumpkin pie spice
  • 4 eggs
  • 3 Tablespoons pumpkin puree
  • 1 Cup sour cream
  • 1 Bag pumpkin morsels (12 oz)
Instructions
  1. Preheat the oven to 350 degrees.
  2. Then Liberally spray a bundt pan with cooking oil.
  3. Mix together the first 6 ingredients until well blended.
  4. Next add the sour cream and the pumpkin morsels.
  5. Blend that until just incorporated.
  6. Pour the mixture into the bundt pan.
  7. Bake for 50 minutes or until done.
  8. When the cake is done let it cool in the pan.
  9. Once the pan is cool enough to handle flip the cake onto a plate, cut, and serve warm.
