Easy Broccoli Casserole #Recipe

- 14 oz bag chopped broccoli
- ½ cup chopped onion
- 1 can mushroom soup
- ½ cup milk
- ¼ cup grated cheddar cheese
- 6 saltine crackers
- 2 Tbls. butter
- Preheat oven to 350 degrees.
- Boil broccoli and onions in a medium sized sauce pan until tender - approximately 5-7 minutes once boiling.
- While broccoli and onions are boiling, mix mushroom soup, milk and grated cheese in a small to medium size bowl.
- Once broccoli and onions are tender, drain and place in sprayed casserole dish (8x8, 9x9, or 2 quart).
- Pour the soup mixture over the top of the broccoli and onions.
- Roll (crush) crackers and sprinkle on top of the soup mixture. I use a baggie, which makes easy work of crunching the crackers.
- Top with drops of the butter - no need to melt, just drop randomly on the top of the crackers.
- Bake at 350 degrees for 25-30 minutes or until brown and bubbly.
