Ninja Cupcakes
- 12 cupcakes (from your favorite recipe or boxed mix)
- 1 to 2 cups vanilla frosting (from your favorite recipe or canned frosting)
- 2 (4.4 ounce) containers black fondant
- 24 candy eyeballs
- Gold sugar sprinkles
- Scantily frost cupcakes with vanilla frosting.
- Roll out black fondant (to about ΒΌ cm thick).
- Using a circle cookie cutter or biscuit cutter, cut fondant to the same size as the cupcake.
- Then, use a knife to cut each circle into three pieces.
- Position a semicircle of fondant on the bottom of each cupcake and top of the cupcake, leaving a small space. Press the fondant into place.
- Add the candy eyes to the empty space. Then, place the final piece of fondant across the bottom of the opening.
- Smooth any frosting that escapes under the fondant to create a clean edge.
- Roll the edge in gold sugar sprinkles.
