Well, Check out this super yummy Crispy Caesar Chicken Breast recipe! The chicken comes out nice, tender and juicy and with a flavor the whole family will love! This recipe is made super easy by using Wish-Bone® Caesar Vinaigrette dressing. With the flavors of Parmesan and Romano Cheese, along with garlic and cracked black pepper, it seasons the chicken breast perfectly!

Crispy Caesar Chicken Breast
Prep Time: 10 Minutes
Cook Time: 20 Minutes
Serves 4 (with a generous helping for a couple)
Ingredients:
1/2 bottle Wish-Bone® E.V.O.O Caesar Vinaigrette Dressing
1-2 lb. boneless skinless chicken breast halves, cut in half and pounded thin (see notes below)
1 cup whole wheat seasoned bread crumbs (I didn’t have whole wheat, so I used garlic and herb flavored)
Instructions:
Preheat oven to 400°F.
Pound the chicken breast until thin and flat. (a simple way is with a rolling pin or even a pan 🙂 )
Place breadcrumbs in pie plate.
Pour ½ bottle of Dressing into shallow bowl.
Dip chicken breasts into Wish-Bone® E.V.O.O. dressing then place in breadcrumbs, pressing down to coat.
Arrange on baking sheet and bake 20 minutes, or until chicken is golden brown and cooked.
NOTES:
•To save money, I used regular bone-in chicken breast with skin (it usually cost less even when not on sale). Have you saw the price on boneless, skinless breast lately? Ouch! I simply deboned, skinned and halved the breast myself 🙂
•For this recipe, and to get 6 breast patties, I used 3 large chicken breast. I wanted to make sure I had seconds for the hubs.
