Educational Toys and Accessories You Don’t Want To Miss
Educational toys are important for your child to have because, well, learning should be FUN! Plain old book work will bore us adults, children feel the same way. Give them some fun educational toys to learn with and they will not even notice they are learning!!
Marcus and Marcus Insulated Kid’s Lunch Backpack
The insulated kid’s backpack giraffe lunchbox by Marcus and Marcus is perfect for little ones! The padded shoulder straps make it so simple to carry. Easy to pull zippers keep food and drinks inside yet easy enough for young ones to open all on their own. The giraffe character on the outside of the lunch box is absolutely adorable.
HABA Magnetic Game Box
HABA’s Magnetic Game Box is a great quiet educational toy for your child to learn their basic numbers, addition, and subtraction with the fun of magnets. The easy to carry case holds all the magnets to allow for on the go learning. My daughter is learning her numbers but soon she will be starting to learn more about adding and subtracting. It is amazing how much more fun learning is for kids when they can get to play with magnets as part of the process!
Educational Insights Hot Dots Jr. Pete the Cat Kindergarten Rocks! Set
Pete the Cat has been a favorite for a while in our house. The kit includes two spiral activity books and a Hot Dots Jr. Pete the Cat Groovin’ Schoolin’ Friend pen, as well as, an award certificate and sheet of stickers. The nice thing is, you can mix and match the pen with other activity books and card sets available by Hot Dots.
Each activity book has a TON of different educational activities for your child. Beside each answer, there is a dot. Your child will push the pen on the correct answer. If the child is correct, Pete the Cat will light up with green eyes. If the sound is turned up on the pen, it will make a joyful sound. If the child gets them wrong, then they will hear an unhappy, yet silly sound along with red eyes to let them know they need to stop and try again. My daughter got a giggle out of the noises and color changing eyes. The sound can be turned on and off, making it a great quiet game when necessary.
Learning Resource Puzzle Globe
Geography is one educational piece I want my kids to learn more and more about. We love to travel and knowing geography will add even more fun to our travels. This puzzle globe introduces children at a young age to the continents, oceans, and famous landmarks. Puzzles are a great way for little ones to learn. The chunky puzzle pieces make it safe for children who are just three years old. With this puzzle, the fact that it spins made my daughter play even longer with it. It is a toy AND a puzzle all in one!
These are all great educational toys for your child to enhance their desires to learn!
