My Thoughts on Insane Home Fat Loss
I have three kids ages 4 and under, which means not a lot of extra time to workout. I love high intensity interval training, but often waste so much time searching for workouts on YouTube or Pinterest, and cobbling together my own plan. As you can imagine, this is ineffective, and I often end up putting off workout out since I don’t know what to do next!
I tried the Insane Home Fat Loss for a week, and was blown away by the program. It is so simple to follow, with the step-by-step videos to follow along with. I also liked that I could read the PDF ahead of time that walked through the exercises, so I knew what to expect.
The best part of the program was that there are three difficulty levels: beginner, advanced, and insane. I am just starting to get back into shape after having a baby, so I appreciated the beginner option. I can’t wait to move on to the advanced option as I get fitter! The workout was certainly difficult, but the moves were basic and simple enough for a distracted mom to complete!

You will love being able to complete your workout in less than a half hour, and still feel and see the effects long after you are done exercising.
